RentPro Refund Policy30 days free on a new RentPro accountK-Point products offer a free 30-day trial on new paying accounts (Solo, Business and Max). Upgrades to existing accounts do not qualify for the free 30-day trial. If you upgrade from a trial to a paying account you'll be charged for your first month when you upgrade. 14 days cancellation noticeIn order to cease your account you must notify K-Point by email at least 14 days before your next invoice date. Your account will then be cancelled at the end of the current billing period and no further invoices will be issued but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. However, if notification is received after this date you will be charged in full for the next billing period. Your account will remain active until the end of that billing period. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
